The MYLAPS ThinTag is great for running races as well as cycling events. The ThinTag timing chip is ultra-thin, lightweight and applied directly to the back of the bib number at running events. These are disposable, making for efficient distribution and eliminating the need to collect chips after the race. For cycling, the timing chip can be applied directly to the back of a race bib or bike plate.

Beyond running and cycling races, MYLAPS offers MultiSport Tags that are used for triathlons, swimming and other water events. The MultiSport Tag is a waterproof disposable chip worn around the ankle. The adhesive backing secures the timing tag around the ankle and can be disposed of after the event.

Online Results & Notifications

We build an individual results page for every race. This includes your branding and a customized finisher certificate for your participants to view during and after the event. You will receive a QR code to your race’s results page to post onsite for instant results after participants finish. Result text messages and emails are also available for participants and spectators!

Online Registration Build Out

Race Day Events has partnered with RunSignUp for online registration. We believe it is the frontrunner in registration platforms for today’s events. To ensure a seamless process between your event and our timing services, we can build your registration website for you! We help you customize the page with your information, layout and provide you with full access to the registration site.

Participant Tracking through Race Joy

RaceJoy, a RunSignup product, transforms the race experience by offering real-time interactive features for participants, spectators, and race operations. With over 1,000,000 downloads, RaceJoy is designed for running, cycling, and triathlon events across the U.S. Available for both defined course and virtual events, RaceJoy includes features like GPS tracking, cheer sending, progress alerts at every mile, and automated results. Participants simply need to carry their phone to access these features. We offer RaceJoy as a service through our certified timers who have completed product training. Announcer System

We set up an additional timing system a few hundred feet before the finish line. This gives your race announcer the ability to see who is approaching the finish line to give each finisher a personal congratulatory shout out!
